Taking my son to his first wrestling show today

Local promotion run by Bret Hart's sons called Dungeon Wrestling.

He's pretty excited, and live wrestling shows are always just good stupid fun

Yeah it was a blast.

Interesting note, this venue is where Stampede Wrestling used to run during its heyday, so a lot of wrestling history here.

It's also literally spitting distance from the Saddledome

Yeah definitely seems like they are commiting to having the Owen Finals in Calgary long term. And if they keep doing it during Stampede, then that's awesome too. Plus means we get more Cowboy Hat Tony.

Hoping we have Hanger ride a horse through the grounds right into the arena.

Was this the show with the crazy Toni Storm ending? I don't watch AEW (yet...) but I've been following her storyline with Mariah May and it's easily one of the best things I've ever seen. Very jealous that you were in attendance for that.

I did. Tried not to act like a mark but they clocked me spotting them as soon as I walked in.

Waited till they went outside to smoke some(without Priest), and I snuck out and grabbed them in the smoke pit. Didn't take a picture, so obviously it never happened.
