Wow. I don't even know where to start.
For some reason today, I felt compelled to type www.gamewinners.com into my browser, fully expecting to see a dead link or a domain lost to time. But then—this. The forums. The community. Somehow, it's still here (or rather, reborn), and I knew I had to register immediately and reclaim my old username.
Back in the day, GameWinners was the site. I still remember riding my bike to the local library, hopping on those clunky old computers, and printing out pages upon pages of cheats, tips, and glitches—armed with nothing but a few quarters to cover the printing costs. I spent hours here, digging through forum posts, looking for hidden gems in my favorite games. I even submitted a few cheats myself (pretty sure I sent in some for Need for Speed: Most Wanted on Xbox).
Seeing this place again hits hard in the best way.
Lately, I've been writing a book about my life through the lens of gaming—how certain games shaped who I was, the friendships they forged, and the memories that stuck with me long after the consoles were packed away. And stumbling on GameWinners today? It feels like fate. This place was a part of my gaming story, and I had no idea it was still alive in any form.
Looking forward to reconnecting, reminiscing, and seeing where this new chapter of GameWinners goes. Feels good to be back.
