To be completely honest with you, I do agree with this. The clear winner here is Local because the Corpo cannot kill him. To take the tie feels cheap.

In the end, the cyberpsycho proved too much for either side to overcome. His lack of regard for anyone's well being, including himself placed him at the brink. But in the end, as the last Corpo drew his final breath, the unreformed Cyberpsycho stood bloddied, battered, but victorious.

For those curious how this plays out:

Tubby gets extirpated.
Corpo hits Local (1 hit)
Local kills Benzine/Jump
Last Corpo hits Local (2 hits)
Local kills last Corpo.
