PC I have just bought Helldivers 2 on Steam and am going to start playing it tonight; anyone want to join?

The same friend who recommended Subnautica has suggested I jump on the Helldivers 2 bandwagon. He has a decent group that he plays with, but as I understand it there's no harm in having more people actively playing it. Does anyone want to join me?

My only question is what constitutes "night" for you, a regular functional English human?

Because assuming 9-10pm GMT, that's 4pm EST and I'd not even be done with work yet. Earliest I can probably swing to play something and focus on it is after I put my son down at 7pm, if I leave my wife to deal with our daughter by herself, and that's already midnight for you. This is the bane of playing video games with Americans, as my school-aged self knew all to well.

So yes, I think it'd be pretty fun to play Starship Troopers with any of you goons, but I'm going to close the store page and not impulse purchase it for myself just yet.

Maybe weekends though?

Yeah that’s fair. Once upon a time we wouldn’t have had an issue with time zones, but with work and kids it’s obviously a practical issue. My availability isn’t any better at the weekend personally. Normally I’m playing games between about 8pm-10pm. Can go a little later than that sometimes, but not often.
