Thanks to Crystal for bringing this back. Will be interesting to see how word spreads and who shows (back) up!

Life hit hard, had to grow up quick and support family. Now, currently managing a fleet of trucks all across the country. I find logistics to be super interesting, and no two days are alike. After years of retail management, I finally got burnt out and figured out what I really like, which is awesome.

Funny thing - while I still do want a 1993 Foxbody Mustang, or a '68 Boss 302, I ended up owning a Dodge Challenger. The new Mustang's are simply too small in the interior for me.

Still sit down and play some video games here and there, and reminisce with old friends from the original Gamewinners forums. It's always a good time talking with those folks and thinking of the past! Truly some of the best days of our lives, and some of us didn't realize it in the moment...

Stop in, say hey if you remember me!

Hey @Ford Mustang, great to see you here :). Hopefully more do indeed show up and jump in, this place is going to be here for a good while!

Sounds like you're doing what you love, so congrats on that! I'm not too well versed on the muscle cars, but glad you've got one that suits you :)

Glad to see you back, and with a (kinda… sorta) more reliable ride than the one you’re named after. Fishtailing isn’t fun, and the ponies like to do that way too much. Ain’t nothing like a nice heavy Challenger to stick to the road, had one myself for a while.

Sounds like shitty drivers...

Absolutely. The DMV area itself is notorious for it… with each area having its own unique shitty types of drivers. I’ve seen similar elsewhere in my ventures… but my traveling friends have always said east coast drivers are animals while west coast drivers are just morons.

Oh, I enjoy a nice drift and fishtail... within the limits, though. I've got a 392, looking to upgrade to a Hellcat at some point in the (somewhat near) future!

Hey! I remember you. Mustangs aren't what they used to be that's for sure.
Hey Boots! Good to see you here too! :) They definitely are not, but not many cars are.

They’re fun… but if you live in a big city, you won’t have anywhere to really open up the throttle until you hit an empty highway… and then ground clearance at higher speeds becomes a problem, their suspension is real soft for as much power as they have. If you REALLY wanna upgrade to the Hellcat motor, I’d suggest the Trackhawk GC or Durango. Those things… phew. There’s something about that much power in an SUV. I got to drive one in light snow for about 20 miles to the lot… it handled untreated roads great.

Yep, I'm in a rural area with a ton of open highway. The 392 is just enough to not get me into too much trouble, but enough to continue to put a smile on my face. I thought about a Trackhawk, honestly... the price is a bit out of my range, even if I traded mine in for one. A Durango is just too big for me for something with that much power. I feel like I'd be more easily able to lose control quick enough and end up in a really bad situation.

AWD, brother. And it is a RESPONSIVE AWD system. It throws plenty of power to the ass end to still make you smile, but has a grip on the road like you wouldn’t believe.

Also… buy factory certified pre-owned. You could get a soccer dad’s that spent most of the time in the driveway getting looked at over a margarita. Seriously. I’ve seen some LOW mileage Hellcats hit pre-owned lots, good as new.
