More than often good.

I'm also one of those people who sneeze obnoxiously loud on purpose, usually also bellowing "SNEEZE" as I do it.

It can feel nasty if you're suffering from a cold or something and stuff in your throat or sinuses are tender.

I sneezed on Discord with a friend once and he said it actually sounds like I say "achoo" when I sneeze, even though I had never tried to do that.

also vote on the poll damnit.

Bad, very bad.

I suffer badly from hayfever and other allergies all sneezing does is make things worse
I can relate there, especially when your eyes are all red, itchy and watery. But that's usually not the sneezings fault. Just goddamn tree and flower cum in the air.

I am also stoned at the moment (shocker, I know), so I’ll need to contemplate this a bit…

I’ve had plenty of sneezes that just felt like sweet, sweet relief, especially one that has built up over time.

I’ve also sneezed so violently and unexpectedly that I’ve pulled a muscle in my neck and gave myself a mild concussion from the sheer force of what’s left of my brain smacking against my skull.

There have also been sneezes that fall in-between those two… the ones that build up, from sinus pressure or congestion, that are violent or are in rapid succession, they aren’t relieving by any means… but necessary.

It’s difficult as fuck to give a yes or no answer.

Sneezing = good

Think about it -- how not good do you feel when you can't sneeze?

Sometimes sneezing can be painful... but sometimes many good things can be painful! That doesn't mean that they, in general, feel bad.

Fun fact: in French, when people sneeze, you say:
1. To your wishes
2. To your love
3. You're dead
(There are no fourth sneezes)

Hmm, that doesn't mean sneezing feels good though, it relieves a bad feeling, which is subtly different. Would you sniff pepper to induce a sneeze because you like the feeling of sneezing? I'm guessing not.

I think the act of sneezing is generally physically unpleasant. It can be a needed relief, but it doesn't feel good any more than removing a splinter feels good. It sucks to do, it's just better than the alternative.

No, but I wouldn't prevent myself from sneezing if I felt one coming on because it provides relief.

Another example: you wouldn't induce drowsiness so you can sleep for 16 hours a day just because sleep is nice and relaxing. There's a cost/benefit to it, right? You wouldn't induce sneezing, but it is still relieving when you sneeze, in the same way that sleep is relieving when you feel tired.

Generally speaking my sneezing feels like a relief but that's not always the case.

I've had both good and bad sneezes so I guess it depends.

This may be a bad example for me personally because I would and have intentionally induced that much sleep because I like to sleep so much. But my point is "relieving" and "feels good" aren't the same thing. You would do something that feels good even if the sensation that needed relieved wasn't present.

I sneeze from bright lights and almost always in 3s.

It's so often that I barely remember when they happen at this point.

Like literally walk outside and it's not a cloudy day and I'm not always in the shade, you can be sure I'll be sneezing withing 10 seconds or so. This isn't a "look at bright lights to make it happen when you need to" thing - it's a "there's a bright light that exists near me so I'm sneezing until my eyes adjust to it" thing

I had a friend in elementary through middle school who was the same. I don't think it was as bad as yours, though I vividly remember him always complaining about the sun making him sneeze.
