Tommy hasn't spoken up despite being on the cutting block.

Jawneh and Kat aren't being helpful with their gun-giving shenanigans.

Benzine never fired his gun at Zell.

I don't know how a double agent kill would be reported -- would it be logged as a mob kill? 2 mob kills haven't been logged in one night, so shortkut's alibi doesn't stack up unless the mob actually whiffed its kill one of the nights they supposedly got a kill.
