The worst part is, if they do ever decide to soften their stance and let him in, he won't be around for it, and that makes me sad.

I hate how Mutombo's death was overshadowed by Rose's. I'm not a basketball fan, but I feel like Mutombo's life is more worth celebrating, than Rose's. Rose was not really a good person. He allegedly slept with a minor in the 70s and almost married a Playboy model 40 years his junior...

Mutombo did a lot of humanitarian work, specifically for his home country of the Congo.
