Also so Jon totally screwed up when he could protect himself with arrows. That was the point where I figured he was up to no good. Wouldn't have mattered though. Best chance for town victory at that point was hitting local with the rock and then saving dimmerwit for the end.

I remember him saying in an earlier game that it's the instant it's a tie and that there's a split second before the avenger works. So unless that's been changed (which makes more sense) it's mixed messaging there.

Only reason wolves won was the extra lives. But we used them to perfection in this game and it still came down to a 1 on 1.

Oh I know. This is usually how I get found out. Which is weird for 2 reasons:

1) I'm always a fucking wolf
2) People read far more into my gifs than I put into them.

I tend to be more cautious by my text posts when playing. But for images, I legit don't use them in support or defense of my roles. So, whatever information people glean from my gifs is typically just coincidental deduction. When I post gifs, I type a phrase (in this case beast hunter) and pick whatever image I like. If it happens to mean something else to someone else... it's literally just their skill (or in my case lack thereof).

Good on you though. By that point, me being another alpha, I played it a little more loosely because attention on me preserved Local a little longer and led to the same result.

I'm not worried about it, honestly. Because this was my first game after a prolonged break, I didn't play with care or strategy. Ask the other wolves. I was just really along for the ride. I offered my opinions. But I left the strategery to Kut. Led to me having more fun than worrying about trying to protect my identity and stressing it.

The only reason I mention it is to try and say something along the lines of "pay attention to what i type for clues, not what images I put up."

That also said, no one will do that in these games so, have at thee!

Avenger kills at the same time they die. So if it was only illusionist and avenger left, they would both die and it’s a tie.

In this case the avenger wouldn’t have killed the Alpha Wolf, just taken one of its lives

I mean basically any other combination of wolves and the town still wins, right? I mean once Kut was hit there weren't any misses. Remove the guardian and the offing of the wolves happens one day earlier and there's enough time. Only one alpha, and there's enough time. No Avenger and there's an extra townie alive at the end.

There's a reason that was my worst case scenario lol.

Incidentally, with 4 wolves the odds of there being at least two of a particular wolf are 3.2%, at least three are 0.17% and four of the same are 0.004%.
